Prices & Return Policy: 

-All sales are final. Any exception to this policy must receive written approval, with retailer responsible for both outbound and inbound freight on entire order, plus a 15% of wholesale price re-stocking fee. 

Claims: 
-All claims must be made within 45 days of receipt. 
-To return an item that has been damaged or is defective, please contact Doba. Damaged parts will be replaced. If you choose to return the damaged item, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and return shipping would need to be prepaid. 
-If you have assembled the item, please disassemble and carefully repack all pieces and hardware in their original packaging to avoid damage. Items damaged due to return shipping will not be refunded/replaced. 
-Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Note: All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges. 

Returns without an RM# on the outside of the box face the possibility of no credit. 

Refused Orders: 
1. Refused drop shipments will be credited less a 15% restocking fee, freight and handling charges if the product has been opened. 
2. A new Purchase Order is required for reshipment and charges will include freight and handling charge.
